The Rio Palvico gorge is one of the top canyoning Garda Lake activities

Due to the few possibilities to get out of the canyon and the rather closed environment compared to the Rio Nero, the tour is well suited for sporty beginners and participants who already have some experience.

Longest slide: 7 metres
Maximum jumping height: 6 metres
Please note: Nobody has to jump - if you are unsure, you will always be roped down by the mountain guide.

The guide was not able to communicate properly in English. His social skills are very limited. He should care more for the participants and be able to keep his temper. He did not do what he was saying he would, for example calling an ambulance. On the website it is said that jumping is not mandatory but the guide seemed to have no time to offer the possibility of roping down.

We loved this experience. It was athletic and thrilling but no prior skill required. I was a little scared to sign up but I have a basic level of fitness and just listening to the guide, all works out. If you are in good physical condition and not scared of water, DO IT!
