Cooking courses

The experience begins with a tour of the La Boqueria market. The cooking class it consists of the preparation of a complete menu. Before starting the cooking class we have 10 Tapas tasting from cities from Spain. As a menu we will cook Seafood Paella, Spanish Omelet and Crema Catalana for dessert.

A practical experience thought for food-lovers, that gives them the opportunity to explore Bari's cuisine through the making of home-made pasta, panzerotti, and local desserts. All, in a beautiful apartment in the old town.
