| Requirements | Drop off your luggage at the hotel reception or at the designated drop-off point by 09:00 o clock. If the luggage is not there after 09:00, transport cannot be guaranteed. In this case, any additional costs (e.g.: subsequent delivery by taxi) have to be paid by the guest. If a reception desk is NOT continuously occupied from 09:00 to 18:00, please clarify with the owner where we can deposit your luggage. There is a limit of 20 kg weight each piece of luggage. |
